Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 June 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Atriopelago. For any data-protection matter, contact us at officepelago@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, property name and your message, provided voluntarily so we can get back to you.
- Analytics (Umami): anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (visits, entry page, country, device type). Umami uses no cookies and collects no data that identifies you.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your enquiry — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps toward a contract) and art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to contact).
- Statistics and improving the site — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), on anonymous data.
4. Cookies
This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Our analytics tool Umami works without cookies, so we display no cookie-consent banner. If we add advertising tools in the future (e.g. the Meta pixel), we will ask for your consent first.
5. How long we keep data
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then for the limitation period of any potential claims. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.
6. Recipients
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: site hosting (Netlify) and analytics (Umami). We do not sell your data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO). To exercise these rights, email officepelago@gmail.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top.
